January 31, 2025 – Hands-on Training on Wireshark
The CSI chapter and CSE department “Xenotronix” organized a hands-on training session on Wireshark – Network Security and Troubleshooting for third-year Computer Science students. The session was conducted by Dr. J. K. Deepak Keynes, Team Manager at CTS, Chennai, who provided students with practical insights into network security, packet analysis, and troubleshooting techniques.
January 31, 2025 – Guest Lecture on LinkedIn & Job Searching
The ISTE chapter hosted a guest lecture on “Networking & Job Searching on LinkedIn: Strategies for Success”, also led by Dr. J. K. Deepak Keynes. The session emphasized profile optimization, professional networking, and job search strategies, equipping students with valuable career-building skills.
February 6-7, 2025 – SIZZLE’25: A Grand Cultural Extravaganza
Rohini College hosted SIZZLE’25, a vibrant two-day cultural festival featuring music, dance, drama, and creative performances. This annual event brought together talented students from diverse backgrounds, offering them a platform to showcase their artistic excellence. February 8, 2025 – RIPPLE 2025: College Day Celebration
The annual College Day celebration, RIPPLE 2025, was marked by academic honors, cultural performances, and inspiring speeches. The event was graced by Mr. Hiron Bose and Mr. Jayaram P, Scientist-E, Centre for Development of Advanced Computing, who inaugurated the celebrations.

A two-day workshop on “Multimedia and Animation” was conducted by the CSE department “Xenotronix” for third-year Computer Science students. The resource persons included:

- Ms. Dhanya – UI/UX Designer from Feather Softwares

February 17, 2025 – Webinar on Generative AI
The CSE Association “Xenotronix” organized a webinar on Generative AI at Imperial Hall for II and III-year CSE students. Mohammed Yasser Arafath, Government Solution Architect, Sharjah City Municipality, shared his expertise on neural networks, deep learning, and AI applications. The webinar provided students with a fresh perspective on AI-driven innovation.
February 19, 2025 – Guest Lecture on Engineering Careers
The ISTE chapter hosted a guest lecture on “Unlocking Engineering Careers: Trends, Skills, and Opportunities” for Mechanical Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering students. The session was led by Squadron Leader Anurag Singh, Senior Radar Maintenance Officer at Air Force Station Thiruvananthapuram.
