Pre-Primary Schools Must Register with Education Department from 2025-26: Minister Pankaj Bhoyar
Mandatory Registration for Pre-Primary Schools from 2025-26
Starting from the academic year 2025-26, all pre-primary schools in the state will be required to register with the School Education Department, announced Minister of State for Education, Pankaj Bhoyar. This move aims to regulate the increasing number of pre-primary schools and prevent arbitrary fee structures.
Mandatory Registration for Transparency
Bhoyar clarified that while government permission is not required to establish a pre-primary school, it is crucial for local education officers to have complete information about them. To ensure transparency and accountability, registration will be made compulsory.
The state government is also working on a legal framework to regulate school fees. Once enacted, this law will mandate all pre-primary schools to register with the School Education Department.
Government Seeks Public Suggestions
The minister also invited suggestions regarding the implementation of central or state education initiatives. He assured that valuable recommendations will be considered to improve the education system.
"The state government is committed to bringing positive changes through collective efforts," Bhoyar stated.
